Hello everyone from Casa Divine Maestro in Arriccia, Italy. Yes, we have been meeting as a general chapter for 3 weeks now. There have been beautiful moments. And what were the best moments for me?

It is to get to know so many beautiful people from different nationalities and cultures and to be able to share our hopes and dreams for the Congregation and for our regions.  As you see in the picture that I chose, we are from very diverse backgrounds and yet we have so much fun together!  The sharing that took place in small groups, while walking, at table, at prayer, and in the larger groups has been the most enriching. We are concerned about the new technologies, ecology, the meaning of our vows in the time and place where we live but to mention just a few topics we explored together. In the opening ritual, I received the rock from Senegal...what a gift!  And mine is going to Gambia with Sarian....also a gift.  We will pray for each other.

We have discovered more deeply the gift our internationality.  Can it be a sign of the new reality that we live on the world scale?

I would like to thank my companions of the province of Saskatchewan for giving me the opportunity to experience this gift.

We still have a few days of work and sharing together and it will be goodbyes.  We will never be the same again since we have shared this experience together.
